Whisk together milk, vanilla pudding mix, and spices for a creamy and festive holiday eggnog - no eggs needed!
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups milk, divided
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1.5 teaspoons rum-flavored extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine 2 cups of milk, sugar, pudding mix, rum-flavored extract, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger. Blend on medium-high speed until smooth. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and stir in the remaining 3 cups of milk. Refrigerate the eggnog for at least 1 hour until thickened. Stir well before serving.
