Indulge in decadent chocolate fudge with luscious marshmallow cream, a perfect holiday treat.
Ingredients:
1.75 cups white sugar
0.75 cupmargarine
0.66666668653488 cupevaporated milk
1pinchsalt
1 (13 ounce) jarmarshmallow cream
1 (12 ounce) bagsemisweet chocolate chips
0.75 cupchoppednuts
2teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare a 9x13-inch pan by greasing it.
In a medium saucepan, blend sugar, margarine, evaporated milk, and salt. Bring to a vigorous boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously, until the fudge reaches 234°F (112°C) on a candy thermometer.
Take the mixture off the heat. Stir in marshmallow cream, chocolate chips, nuts, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Transfer the mixture to the pan and chill until set.
Cut into seventy-eight bite-sized 1 1/2-inch squares.
