Indulge in decadent chocolate fudge with luscious marshmallow cream, a perfect holiday treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup margarine
  • 0.66666668653488 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 (13 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9x13-inch pan by greasing it.
  • In a medium saucepan, blend sugar, margarine, evaporated milk, and salt. Bring to a vigorous boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously, until the fudge reaches 234°F (112°C) on a candy thermometer.
  • Take the mixture off the heat. Stir in marshmallow cream, chocolate chips, nuts, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Transfer the mixture to the pan and chill until set.
  • Cut into seventy-eight bite-sized 1 1/2-inch squares.
