Elevate your sandwich game with quail egg salad skewers - perfect for kids and parties!
Ingredients:
  • 16 quail eggs
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 16 bread cubes, toasted
  • 2 marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 16 cocktail onions
  • 8 miniature pickles
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
  • 8 skewers
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, gently nestle eggs and add water until fully covered. Stir in vinegar and salt. Bring to a gentle boil, then lower heat to medium, cover, and simmer until eggs are set, approximately 4 minutes. Allow eggs to rest covered for 2 minutes. Rinse in cold water until cool to the touch, then peel.
  • Skewer one bread cube, one artichoke quarter, one onion, one egg, one pickle, one onion, one egg, one sun-dried tomato, and one bread cube on bamboo skewers. Finish by sprinkling the "sandwiches" with paprika.
