Try this effortless cheesy Mexican baked chicken for a delicious weeknight meal with just 4 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 400g bottle arrabiata pasta sauce
  • 400g can black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 200g (2 cups) grated three cheese blend
  • 500g chicken tenderloins
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced and lightly grease a 1.5L (6 cup) baking dish.
  • Mix the black beans with half of the pasta sauce in a bowl and season to taste. Transfer the mixture into the prepared dish, sprinkle 100g (1 cup) of cheese on top, then place the chicken on top.
  • Drizzle the rest of the sauce on top and sprinkle the remaining 100g (1 cup) cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese turns golden and the chicken is fully cooked.
