Deliciously sweet oat balls with fresh dates and cranberries for a healthy treat.
Ingredients:
  • 10 fresh dates, seeded, coarsely chopped
  • 90g rolled oats
  • 35g dried cranberry
  • 50g pepitas
  • 40.00 gm almond butter
Instructions:
  • Process the dates in a food processor until smooth. Transfer the date paste to a medium bowl, then add oats, cranberries, pepitas, and almond butter. Stir well to combine.
  • Cover a baking tray with baking paper. Shape tablespoonfuls of the date mixture into balls using moistened hands. Arrange the balls on the tray. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up. Transfer to an airtight container for storage for up to 2 weeks.
