Indulgent 5-ingredient raspberry cake recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 300.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 395g can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 175g butter, melted, cooled
  • 4 eggs
  • 375.00 ml frozen raspberries, plus extra to serve
  • Icing sugar, to dust
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C/150°C fan-forced. Grease a 6cm-deep, 22cm round cake pan and line it with double layers of baking paper on the base and sides.
  • In an electric mixer, combine flour, condensed milk, and butter until smooth. Gradually add eggs while mixing. Gently fold in raspberries. Transfer mixture into a prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 1 to 1 hour 10 minutes until a skewer comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack lined with baking paper.
  • Garnish the cake with a dusting of icing sugar and a scattering of extra raspberries.
