Indulge in zesty Southwestern dip with crispy tortilla chips!
Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) canrefried beans
1 (1.25 ounce) packagetaco seasoning mix
3avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
2teaspoons lemon juice
2tablespoons mincedonion
1dashgarlic salt
1cupsour cream
1cupchoppedgreen chile peppers
0.5 poundshreddedMonterey Jack cheese
0.5 poundshreddedmild Cheddar cheese
2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 (2.25 ounce) canpitted black olives, sliced
Instructions:
Combine refried beans and taco seasoning, then evenly spread the mixture over the bottom of a large pie dish. Next, mix mashed avocados with lemon juice, onion, and garlic salt, and spread it over the beans. Layer with sour cream, green chile peppers, Monterey Jack cheese, and Cheddar cheese. Finally, top with tomatoes and garnish with olives. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
