Ingredients:
  • 2 small to medium-sized spaghetti squash2 cups (500 mL/16 ounces) marinara sauceDash of Kosher saltGrated Parmesan cheese, to taste1 small bunch fresh basil
Instructions:
  • Prepare the spaghetti squash: Halve it using a sharp knife, remove seeds, add water, and microwave for 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
  • As the squash cooks, finely chop the fresh basil. Mix it with marinara sauce and your desired amount of cheese for the flavorful filling.
