Crispy salad with Swiss cheese and Black Forest ham - a perfect pair of textures.
Ingredients:
  • 100g sliced Black Forest ham (see note)
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 14.40 gm honey
  • 100g wild rocket leaves
  • 1 baby endive, outer leaves discarded
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 35g walnut
  • 100g shaved Swiss cheese
Instructions:
  • Place the ham on a tray and grill under high heat for 1 minute on each side or until crispy. Once done, break the ham into pieces. Whisk together the oil, juice, and honey to make a dressing. Season and then mix the dressing with the leaves, onion, nuts, cheese, and ham.
