Elevate your kibbeh with a fresh and zesty sauce that is quick, easy, and irresistibly delicious. Try it now for a burst of flavor you'll adore.
Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 large or 2 small limes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
  • Peel and pit the mango, then blend the flesh. Add lime zest and juice, blend until smooth. Slice the garlic, sauté with olive oil and spices until golden. Mix in the mango. Season, let cool. Enjoy in Houmous or a Middle Eastern spread!
