Try my refreshing cucumber salad recipe with a tangy twist using either sour cream or yogurt.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Place crisp and refreshing cucumbers in a spacious salad bowl, and leave aside.
  • Combine the sour cream, mint, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Drizzle the mixture over the cucumbers and toss to coat evenly.
