Succulent frittata with ham, potatoes, onions, and eggs - a crowd-pleasing delight!
Ingredients:
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 0.5 onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 0.75 cup cubed ham
  • 0.75 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • - Boil salted water in a large pot. Add potatoes and cook until tender but firm, around 5 minutes. Drain and allow to cool. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Slowly cook the onions, stirring occasionally, until they are soft.
  • Gently fold in eggs, potatoes, ham, salt, and pepper until well combined. Cook until eggs are set on the bottom, approximately 5 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven until cheese is melted and eggs are fully cooked, around 10 minutes.
