Whip up a delightful lavender-infused summer drink that will cool and invigorate your loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tray ice cubes
  • 0.25 cup dried lavender
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 8 lemons
  • 5 cups cold water, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Put ice cubes in a 2 quart pitcher. Steep lavender in boiling water for 10 minutes, then strain it out. Stir in sugar and pour into the pitcher with the ice.
  • Extract all the lemon juice into the pitcher, ensuring maximum juice extraction. Fill the pitcher with cold water and mix well. Adjust lemon juice or sugar to taste if needed. Serve in tall glasses, grab a lawn chair, a good book, and enjoy a relaxing moment!
