Grilled bratwurst hog dogs topped with horseradish, mustard, potatoes, and eggs - a quick and delicious dinner ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 8 smoked or cooked elk bratwurst or hot dogs
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
  • 8 hot dog buns, split, toasted
  • 1 cup potato salad
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced, cut in half
  • Pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your gas or charcoal grill.
  • Grill bratwurst over medium heat until hot, turning frequently, for 10-15 minutes.
  • Combine the horseradish and mustard, then generously spread the mixture on the toasted bun bottoms. Add the brats on top, followed by a layer of potato salad and egg slices. Finish off with a sprinkle of pepper.
