Indulge in succulent angel chicken with creamy mushroom and cream cheese sauce served on angel hair pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 4 ounces cream cheese with chives
  • 1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) while arranging chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over gentle heat. Incorporate dressing mix, followed by condensed soup and wine. Add cream cheese, stirring constantly until smooth and warmed through but not boiled. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is fully cooked and thermometer reads 165°F (74°C), about 1 hour.
  • About 15 minutes before the chicken is done, boil a large pot of lightly salted water. Add angel hair pasta and cook until al dente, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain.
  • Plate the chicken and drizzle the sauce over a bed of pasta.
