Ingredients:
  • 1 brown onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 500g lean beef mince
  • Mutti Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes 400g
  • 420g can tomato soup
  • 44.40 gm tomato paste
  • 5.10 gm beef style stock powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 375g spaghetti, cooked
  • Grated parmesan cheese, to serve
  • Garlic bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large heatproof microwave-safe bowl, place onions and garlic. Microwave on high for 2 minutes until onions soften. Add minced meat and stir well. Microwave for another 2-3 minutes until meat browns. Add tomatoes, soup, tomato paste, stock, oregano, and basil. Microwave on high for 10 minutes until it starts to boil. Stir and mash to break up the meat. Microwave for another 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Portion the pasta evenly into individual serving bowls. Spoon the flavorful sauce generously over the pasta. Accompany the dish with a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese and freshly baked bread.
