Slow cooker meatballs in gravy with egg noodles, Anna's special recipe. Simply delicious over buttered noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed French onion soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 6 pounds frozen Italian-style meatballs
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages uncooked egg noodles
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
Instructions:
  • Combine condensed soups and sour cream in a slow cooker, ensuring they are thoroughly mixed. Gently add in the meatballs and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Bring a generously salted large pot of water to a boil. Boil egg noodles until al dente, 7 to 9 minutes. Drain the noodles.
  • In a large bowl, generously coat cooked noodles with butter until fully combined. Top with meatballs and sauce before serving.
