Sumptuous bellini cocktail with peach schnapps, cranberry-peach juice, a fruity delight to unwind after work.
Ingredients:
  • ice as needed
  • 1 fluid ounce peach schnapps
  • 1 fluid ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 fluid ounce cranberry-peach flavored juice (such as Ocean Spray® White Cran-Peach™)
  • 1 splash ginger ale
  • 1 maraschino cherry
Instructions:
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add schnapps, vermouth, juice, and ginger ale. Shake vigorously until the shaker frosts. Strain into a chilled glass with or without ice. Garnish with a cherry before serving.
