Strawberry Pecan Delight: Creamy cheese layer, glazed berries, perfect summer treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1.5 quarts fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar ready-to-use strawberry glaze
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine flour, butter, and pecans in a medium bowl, blending until fully incorporated. Press mixture firmly into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until just set. Allow to cool completely for another 10-15 minutes before using.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together confectioners' sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish cold dessert with fresh strawberries and generously drizzle with glaze before serving.
