Delicious turkey salad perfect for leftovers or fresh turkey breast, a cherished family recipe. Enjoy with a variety of crackers or breads.
Ingredients:
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 cups cooked turkey meat
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar sweet pickles, chopped
  • 1.5 (10 ounce) jars mustard-mayonnaise blend
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, gently place the eggs and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove from heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Take the eggs out, allow them to cool, peel, and finely chop.
  • Combine eggs, turkey, pickles, mustard-mayonnaise blend, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until well mixed. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
