Effortlessly flavorful and stunning antipasti dish.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices ciabatta bread
  • 1 clove garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 balls buffalo mozzarella
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 red chilli deseeded and finely sliced
  • 1 small handful fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lemon zest of
Instructions:
  • Preheat a griddle pan until it's sizzling hot. Grill each ciabatta slice for a couple of minutes on each side until charred. Rub slices with cut garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and top with mozzarella. Season with salt, pepper, sliced chili, basil, and lemon zest. Finish with a final drizzle of olive oil.
