Italian-inspired antipasto skewers: Salami, mozzarella, artichokes, olives, and olive oil drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 8 bamboo toothpicks
  • 8 slices salami, rolled
  • 8 (1/2 inch) cubes mozzarella cheese
  • 8 pitted black olives
  • 4 grape tomatoes, halved
  • 4 marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 8 leaves fresh basil, rolled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Create delightful appetizers by layering a salami roll, mozzarella cube, olive, tomato half, artichoke heart, and basil leaf on toothpicks. Place them on a platter and give a scrumptious drizzle of olive oil.
