Celebrate spring with decadent cupcakes made with Betty Crocker™ white cake mix and frosting. Perfect for a sweet treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ White Cake Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
  • 1/3 cup light blue candy sprinkles
  • 2 1/2 cups from 2 tubs (12 oz) Betty Crocker™ Whipped Fluffy White Frosting
  • 144 miniature marshmallows (1 1/2 cups)
  • 24 paper drink umbrellas
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans) and line 24 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • Prepare the cake mix for cupcakes according to the box instructions, using water, oil, and egg whites. Gently mix in colorful candy sprinkles until fully combined. Fill muffin cups evenly with the batter.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer from pans to cooling racks and cool completely.
  • Fill a piping bag with frosting fitted with a 1/2-inch plain tip. Pipe frosting onto each cupcake to resemble a cloud. Top with marshmallows and place a paper umbrella in the frosting.
