Ingredients:
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 package (3 ounces) chicken-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
  • 2 medium stalks bok choy (with leaves), cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil, if desired
Instructions:
  • - Bring a 3-quart saucepan of water to a boil. - Break the block of noodles into the boiling water, but set aside the seasoning packet. - Stir in the noodles, chicken, bok choy, and carrot. - Bring the mixture back to a boil, then lower the heat. - Let it simmer uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Incorporate the flavorful seasoning mix and fragrant sesame oil into the dish.
