Buttery asparagus spears with almonds and Parmesan - perfect with grilled salmon or turkey meatballs.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound asparagus, bottoms trimmed
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sliced almonds
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a spacious skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter until sizzling. Toss in the asparagus and cook for around 3 minutes while stirring occasionally. Sprinkle in almonds and parmesan, cook until the cheese turns a light golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes.
