Peanut butter oat muffins - perfect for breakfast or a quick snack!
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, peanut butter, and eggs. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully combined. Divide the batter evenly into 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
