Decadent chocolate cake with rich melted chocolate and secret ingredient for ultimate moistness - mayonnaise.
Ingredients:
  • 3 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups warm water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch pan by greasing and flouring it. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, pour the melted chocolate. Blend in the mayonnaise, vinegar, and vanilla. 2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt, then gradually stir into the chocolate mixture. 3. Slowly stir in the warm water. 4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool.
