Easy rhubarb dump cake with fresh rhubarb, strawberry gelatin, and yellow cake mix - a sweet spring dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound rhubarb, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.25 cup margarine, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Evenly layer rhubarb in the baking dish, then sprinkle with sugar, gelatin mix, and cake mix. Drizzle with water and melted butter, without stirring.
  • Cook in the oven until the rhubarb is soft, approximately 45 minutes.
