Classic no-bake chocolate marshmallow cookies made with graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, and marshmallow creme, boiled and spooned onto waxed paper to set. A cherished family heirloom recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 3.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
  • Lay out waxed paper on a work surface.
  • Combine sugar, cocoa, and evaporated milk in a large nonstick saucepan over medium heat until it boils. Stir constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in butter and marshmallow creme. Quickly stir in graham cracker crumbs.
  • Scoop cookie dough onto waxed paper and allow it to set until firm. Keep in airtight containers for storage.
