Freezer-friendly cheese puffs, perfect for quick entertaining; simply bake from frozen for a delicious snack.
Ingredients:
  • 2 loaves white bread, crusts removed and slices quartered
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, onion, and egg yolks until blended using an electric mixer. Spread the mixture evenly on bread and lightly sprinkle with paprika before placing on baking sheets.
  • Bake in the oven until the cheese puffs slightly brown, about 10-15 minutes.
