Delight in this vibrant baby broccoli dish bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bunches baby broccoli, trimmed
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 82.50 ml shaved parmesan
  • 40.00 ml pine nuts, toasted
Instructions:
  • Steam the tender baby broccoli over a pot of boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain and arrange beautifully on a serving plate.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, season generously, then top with Parmesan cheese and toasted pine nuts.
