Decide between a flavorful baked potato salad or a cheesy potato casserole with this must-try recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 8 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 0.5 pound sliced bacon
  • 1 pound processed American cheese, sliced
  • 0.5 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and generously butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Place potato slices in a large pot and cover with water. Boil until tender yet firm, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Simultaneously, crisp up the bacon in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat until perfectly browned. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess grease.
  • Combine potatoes, cheese, onion, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Transfer mixture to baking dish. Top with crumbled bacon and olives.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour until beautifully golden brown.
