Baked S’mores Doughnuts with Chocolate Glaze

Transform doughnuts into irresistibly delicious s’mores-inspired treats by Bree Hester of Baked Bree.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 graham cracker rectangles, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mallow bits
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and generously grease mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine all doughnut ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed. Fill each doughnut cavity in the pan with approximately 1 tablespoon of batter.
  • Bake the doughnuts for 6 to 8 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Then, transfer the doughnuts from the pan to a cooling rack and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the glaze ingredients until smooth.
  • Dip doughnut tops in glaze, then sprinkle with graham cracker pieces and mallow bits. Serve while warm.
