Elevate your BBQ with delightful golden potato skewers for a refreshing spring meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg small chat potatoes
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 4.80 gm sea salt flakes
Instructions:
  • Submerge skewers in chilly water for 30 minutes. Discard water. Heat barbecue grill plate over medium heat.
  • 1. In a large saucepan, add potatoes and cover them with cold water. 2. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low. 3. Simmer the potatoes for 5 minutes until just tender when tested with a skewer. 4. Drain the potatoes and rinse them under cold water. 5. Cut the potatoes in half and thread them onto skewers.
  • Coat potatoes evenly with oil and generously season with sea salt. Grill for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, until beautifully golden and crispy.
