Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
Instructions:
  • Combine all the ingredients.
  • Coat 1 pound of boneless meat (fish, chicken, or pork) evenly with the rub, ensuring full coverage. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Grill the meat to your liking.
