Whip up a classic South Carolina Low Country dish with corn, sausage, shrimp, potatoes, and flavorful seasonings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound smoked sausage links, sliced
  • 10 frozen small corn cobs
  • 10 small red potatoes
  • 1 (3 ounce) package dry crab boil
  • 1.5 pounds unpeeled, large fresh shrimp
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, combine sausage, corn, potatoes, and dry crab boil seasoning mix. Cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Lower the heat and simmer gently until the potatoes are fork-tender, approximately 15 minutes. Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn opaque, which should take 2 to 3 minutes. Drain the mixture, season with salt to taste, and serve piping hot.
