Oven-baked chicken wings coated in a flavorful homemade sauce with ketchup, Worcestershire, brown sugar, and mustard - a classic crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 10 chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Stir in onion powder, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard until well combined. Thin out ketchup with water, then pour into the saucepan mixture. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Arrange the chicken wings in a 9x13 inch baking dish and generously coat them with the flavorful saucepan mixture. Bake in the preheated oven, leaving it uncovered, for approximately 45 minutes until perfectly cooked.
