Grill vibrant kebabs for a flavorful and versatile dish, ideal for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 6 (about 690g) beef fillet steaks, cut into 2.5cm pieces
  • 24 (about 700g) shortcut bacon rashers, halved lengthways
  • 48 dried bay leaves
  • 12 button mushrooms, halved
Instructions:
  • Heat up your barbecue or chargrill to medium-high.
  • Skewer the bacon, beef, bay leaves, and mushroom, ensuring the bacon wraps around the beef.
  • Prepare 12 kebabs.
  • Grill the kebabs for 2-3 minutes per side until medium or to your preferred doneness. Place them on a plate, tent with foil, and let them rest for 5 minutes.
