Ingredients:
2.5 cups water
10cups white sugar
1teaspoonalum
18red clover blossoms
36white clover blossoms
18rose petals
Instructions:
Combine water, sugar, and alum in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
Take the syrup off the heat and gently mix in the flowers. Let it infuse for 10 minutes, then stir and strain into storage jars.
