Create quick vegetarian beetroot and goat cheese blinis for a delightful finger food option.
Ingredients:
  • 205g packet mini blinis
  • 100g goat's cheese, crumbled
  • 200g tub Egyptian beetroot dip
  • 18.40 gm finely chopped walnuts
  • Small fresh mint leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare blinis according to the package instructions.
  • Spread creamy goat’s cheese over each delicate blini. Layer on vibrant beetroot dip, crunchy walnuts, and freshly torn mint leaves. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt and a crack of black pepper. Present and enjoy.
