Berry meringue ripple

Ingredients:
  • 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 2 shop-bought meringues
  • 100 g raspberries
  • dark chocolate (70%), to serve
Instructions:
  • Remove ice cream from the freezer. Cook blueberries in a non-stick pan with water on high heat for 2 minutes until they burst. Remove from heat. In glasses, layer meringues, raspberries, a scoop of ice cream, and blueberries. Top with chocolate. Enjoy the delicious mix of flavors.
