Try out Betty Crocker's Heart Healthy Berry Banana Smoothie with Cheerios® for a quick and delicious breakfast in 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Yoplait® vanilla, plain, strawberry or raspberry fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cheerios™ or another round oat cereal
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberry halves or raspberries, or frozen whole strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 banana
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 10 seconds. Pause to scrape down the sides, then blend for an additional 20 seconds until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture among glasses and enjoy right away.
