Buttery baked fish fillets - quick and delicious with only 5 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 (4 ounce) fillets cod fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for a perfectly heated cooking environment.
  • Combine melted butter, seasoned salt, dill weed, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Transfer mixture into a large baking dish. Coat both sides of cod fillets with the mixture.
  • Roast the cod in the oven until it easily flakes with a fork, which should take around 20 to 30 minutes.
