Simple and delicious orange roasted chicken. Perfect with any cut of chicken. Guaranteed success!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • 8 chicken thighs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Combine orange juice, soy sauce, onion soup mix, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Coat chicken thighs with the mixture. Transfer chicken to a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
  • Roast in the oven at the specified temperature for 1 hour and 30 minutes, remembering to baste every 30 minutes. For boneless chicken, adjust the cooking time to 1 hour.
