Creamy strawberry and mango smoothie with a touch of refreshing mint.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup 1% milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 5 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, mango, milk, and protein powder until smooth. Add mint leaves and pulse 4 to 5 times until leaves are chopped.
