Elevate grilled salmon with smoky grilled lemon butter sauce, finished with a touch of fresh dill for added brightness.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lemons, ends trimmed and sliced thickly
  • 4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 0.33333334326744 cup lemon juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 3 lemon slices, cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried chervil
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Prepare your outdoor grill by heating it to high temperature and lightly coating the grate with oil.
  • Grill salmon and thick lemon slices on a hot grill until the salmon easily flakes with a fork, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  • In a small saucepan, mix water, lemon juice, and cornstarch until cornstarch is dissolved. Add butter and heat over medium heat. Cook until boiling and thickened, stirring constantly for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, then stir in quartered lemon slices, dill, salt, chervil, and cayenne pepper. Serve with grilled salmon and lemon slices.
