Blueberry oat streusel dessert - quick and easy with a sweet berry filling.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sweetened blueberries, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine creamy butter with rich brown sugar in a medium bowl. Add flour, salt, and oats, then mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.
  • Press 2/3 of the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan to create the bottom crust. Evenly scatter the blueberries over the crust. Press the remaining oat mixture on top of the blueberries.
  • Bake in the oven, already heated, until the topping turns golden brown and the filling bubbles, for 40 to 50 minutes.
