Indulge in decadent Oreo™ cheesecake pops for a deliciously unique dessert that will wow your family.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (16.6 oz) Oreo chocolate creme sandwich cookies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bag (14 oz) dark cocoa candy melts
  • 16 paper lollipop sticks
  • Bone-shaped candy sprinkles
  • 1 block white polystyrene foam
Instructions:
  • Prepare two cookie sheets by lining them with waxed paper. In a food processor, grind cookies into fine crumbs using quick on-and-off motions. Set aside 1/4 cup of the crumbs. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the remaining crumbs with the cream cheese. Roll the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place them on the prepared cookie sheets. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Place half of the candy melts in a small microwavable bowl and microwave on High for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until completely melted, stirring until smooth. ♨️
  • Transfer the chilled cake balls from the freezer to the refrigerator. Take out a few cake balls from the refrigerator simultaneously. Dip the tip of a lollipop stick about 1/2 inch into the melted candy, then insert it no more than halfway into a cake ball. Dip the cake ball into the melted candy until covered, shake off any extra. Quickly add a sprinkle of the saved crumbs and candy sprinkles. Place the opposite end of the stick into a foam block. Repeat the process with the rest of the candy melts, cake balls, crumbs, and candy sprinkles.
