Peas and broccoli star in a creamy dill dip for veggies and pretzels.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (9 oz) frozen cut broccoli
  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 80 pretzel spindles from a 13.5-oz bag (about 4 oz or 2 1/4 cups)
  • 40 broccoli florets (about 6 oz or 4 cups)
Instructions:
  • Prepare the broccoli and peas according to package instructions, then cool.
  • Place broccoli and peas in a food processor and blend until finely chopped. Add mayonnaise, dill, salt, garlic powder, and pepper, then blend until smooth.
  • Spread the dip on a platter, artfully arrange pretzels to resemble twigs surrounding it, and place broccoli in the center and around the edges to create a picturesque forest scene.
