Spicy ranch chicken meatball appetizers - perfect for entertaining!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 0.5 cup French-fried onions, slightly crumbled
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
  • 0.25 cup oats
  • 0.5 white onion, grated
  • 0.25 bell pepper, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.25 cup hot sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C), and neatly line a baking sheet with shiny aluminum foil.
  • Combine chicken, French-fried onions, cilantro, oats, white onion, bell pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, garlic salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Form mixture into golf ball-sized spheres and place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast in a hot oven until cooked through and juices are clear, for about 15 to 18 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Mix ranch dressing and hot sauce in a bowl until evenly combined; serve with meatballs.
